Banuelos' arrest came shortly after he and Bella Hadid called it quits following two years of dating
Adan Banuelos is facing legal troubles shortly after his breakup.
The professional cowboy, 36, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in Texas on Saturday, Jan. 31, booking records from the Parker County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) show.
Banuelos -- who recently split from Bella Hadid after two years of dating -- was released later that same day after paying a $386 bond, according to the police records.
The PCSO and a representative for Banuelos did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. It is not clear if Banuelos has legal representation to comment on his behalf.

Banuelos is the son of Ascencion Banuelos, the first Mexican-American ever inducted into the National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Fame.
Before his split from Hadid, 29, the supermodel opened up about Banuelos' accomplishments in horse riding during a May interview with British Vogue.
"He's the youngest Mexican cowboy to ever be inducted into the Hall of Fame," Hadid told the outlet of Banuelos. "He works for his family, he works for his customers, and he works to hopefully build a home and a family one day."

A source confirmed to PEOPLE earlier this month that Hadid and the decorated equestrian had called it quits.
Hadid and Banuelos began dating in October 2023. Before their breakup, they attended an event together for the model's fragrance brand, Orebella.
Photos shared at the time by British Vogue showed the now-exes cozying up at the pop-up.
After her breakup from Banuelos, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Hadid is "doing her best to stay positive and distract herself since their split."
The insider added of The Beauty star, "She's been staying busy with work and spending time with close friends. She is still processing the breakup since it was a very serious relationship."
