In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the actress/singer -- who is currently starring in Death Becomes Her on Broadway -- opened up about her holiday plans and why she's not "doing anything" this year.
"We actually have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off," Williams, 45, tells PEOPLE of the Broadway show. "I don't know what I'm going to do yet because I don't know if I want to be in the airport on those days."
She also explains that the day after Christmas she needs to return to her role as Viola Van Horn in Death Becomes Her.
"Those two days are a tease for me because I'd have to leave here on Christmas Eve, [and] I'd have to return Christmas Day to be prepared for the two shows the next day, she explains. "It doesn't look like I'm going anywhere, doing anything."
Williams also recently told PEOPLE what it was like having her Destiny's Child bandmates, Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, reunite on the opening night of her current show.
"It was an absolute joy having them there because I know they're fans of the movie," she said.
Williams also revealed that Beyoncé, 43, and Rowland, 43, often end up "trading lines of the movie that they know."
For the "Heard a Word" musician, having the pair at her big night helped her feel "anchored."
"We obviously have not been touring together for years, but it took me back to the time when I'd been with them on stage," she said. "Even though they weren't on stage with me, I felt so grounded. It's giving me some fuel for the rest of my run in the show."

On the night the trio reunited, Beyoncé shared a video on Instagram, with photos from the outing, including snaps from Times Square, inside the theater and backstage.
While she didn't write a caption, the Cowboy Carter singer set the post to her Miley Cyrus duet "II Most Wanted" -- specifically the lyrics, "I'll be your shotgun rider till the day I die."
Williams commented on the post: "I try not to cry too early in the day BUT....... My sisters 4ever! 🤍💫."
